Sonokuni was developed by the Japanese hip-hop group Don Yasa Crew. We leaned heavily into the unique music and aesthetics the game has, giving us a dramatic and energetic edit. The high-risk, high-reward playstyle of the game lent itself well to the fast cuts, intense soundtrack and pixel-art titles.
